RSK Mediation offers transparent, pay-as-you-go pricing. You pay for the sessions you attend and any documents you need, with no hidden fees.
Our Fees
MIAM (Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting): £95 per person (45 to 60 minutes).
Joint mediation sessions: £160 per person, per hour (most sessions are 1.5 hours).
Document drafting (flat fee): £75 per person, charged only if we draft outcome documents.
Example Cost
Example: one MIAM each, three joint sessions (1.5 hours), plus outcome documents.
Total per person: £95 + (3 x 1.5 x £160) + £75 = £890.
Fees and Funding FAQs
Government Mediation Voucher
If your case involves arrangements for children, you may be eligible for the government’s Family Mediation Voucher Scheme, worth up to £500 per family, subject to availability. I can discuss eligibility at your MIAM or initial call and guide you through the process.
Legal Aid
RSK Mediation is a private practice and does not currently offer Legal Aid funded mediation.
Payment and Booking
MIAM fees are paid when booking your MIAM appointment.
Session fees are paid at least 24 hours before each joint session.
Document fees are paid when drafting begins (typically at the final session or just after).
Payment methods: bank transfer, debit or credit card, or PayPal invoice by arrangement. Receipts provided.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. We aim to be fair and understanding. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee for reserved time.
